How long does it take to ship out my order?
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
Where do you ship from?
- We ship from Oregon, USA
What do I do if my package is missing, lost, or delayed?
- Please contact your local USPS branch for any issues
- If your package was mailed via Priority Mail, please contact me and I will help you with filing a claim to the extent of my ability.
- While Priority Mail is covered up to $100, we add extra insurance for any orders above that, to ensure that should your package go missing, your order will be covered.
- Once we drop your package off and has been accepted by the USPS, it is no longer in our hands, and all responsibility will be with the USPS. While it may be frustrating, please understand, we cannot control what happens after it has been accepted by USPS.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. What are my option?
- DOUBLE, TRIPLE CHECK your ship to address prior to submitting your order
- We can only ship your order to the address you enter. If this is wrong, we cannot replace the package for free.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges
I have order concerns, how can you help?
- Please contact us with your Name and Order Number
- You have up to 48 hours from the time your order was marked delivered to contact us regarding issues with your orders (damage/missing/etc)
Do you offer affiliated marketing?
- Currently, we do not offer affiliate marketing. However, if this is something you would be interested in, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will put your name on our list, and you will be contacted as soon as it becomes available!
